Iowa Democratic Party to Honor Fred & Charlotte Hubbell at 2019 Hall of Fame
Celebration to Feature 17 Presidential candidates, other honorees
DES MOINES – Today, the Iowa Democratic Party announced its final slate of presidential candidates who will be speaking at the 2019 Hall of Fame Celebration on Sunday, June 9, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Featured speakers will be Cory Booker, Steve Bullock, Pete Buttigieg, John Delaney, Tulsi Gabbard, Kirsten Gillibrand, Kamala Harris, John Hickenlooper, Jay Inslee, Amy Klobuchar, Beto O’Rourke, Tim Ryan, Bernie Sanders, Eric Swalwell, Elizabeth Warren, Marianne Williamson, and Andrew Yang.
Each of these candidates have met a threshold to participate and all announced candidates were given proper notice to meet the threshold.
In April, the Iowa Democratic Party announced it would be inducting eleven Iowans into its Hall of Fame, including long-time Democratic Party supporters Fred & Charlotte Hubbell.
