Iowa Democratic Party Continues “Early Vote Express” Over the Weekend

The Tour Heads to Central Iowa on Friday; Western Iowa Over the Weekend

DES MOINES — This week, Iowa Democrats will continue the Early Vote Express, a multi-stop, statewide bus tour from now through Election Day aimed at laying out the clear choice in this election and encouraging Iowans to make a plan and vote early.

The Early Vote Express will make stops at college campuses, libraries, and other satellite voting locations throughout the state to distribute voter education materials and discuss the importance of electing Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Theresa Greenfield, and Democrats up and down the ballot this fall.

Early voting in Iowa started on Monday, October 5, and runs through Election Day November 3. Iowans can make a plan to vote at iwillvote.com/IA.

Media interested in covering these events will be required to adhere to COVID-19 safety precautions, including wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
