On Eve of Cy-Hawk Game, Iowa Democrats Launch Mobile Billboard Reminding Iowa Voters They Can’t Trust Kansas Zach
IOWA CITY – Today, the Iowa Democratic Party rolled out a new mobile billboard ahead of and during Zach Lahn’s tailgate to remind Iowa voters who he’s really rooting for (Kansas), where he still lives (Kansas), and that Iowans can’t trust him.
From Iowa Democratic Party spokesperson Terra Hernandez:
“We’re making sure Iowans know just how out-of-touch Zach Lahn is as he tailgates on the day his home state Kansas Jayhawks play — not the day of the Cy-Hawk game. Whether voters in Iowa City are cheering for Iowa or Iowa State, there’s one thing Hawkeyes and Cyclones can agree on: they don’t want a part-time Iowan as their next governor.”
