DES MOINES – The Ashley Hinson-backed Iran war and chaotic tariffs are ruining the fun at the Iowa State Fair this year as “food prices, including the oil to fry the battered corndogs” are up this year.
Iowans traveling to the state fair will confront significantly higher gas and diesel prices and as they wander the fairgrounds everything from ground beef to ice cream will be more expensive.
“Iowans traveling to the Iowa State Fair this year can blame Ashley Hinson for the higher prices they’re encountering at the pump and the food stands,” said Iowa Democratic Party spokesperson Drew Myers. “Iowa can’t afford Ashley and that’s exactly why Iowans will reject her come November.”
