VOTE ALERT: IA Congressional Delegation Votes to Protect Sexual Predators

DES MOINES – Randy Feenstra, Ashley Hinson, Marianette Miller-Meeks, and Zach Nunn voted yesterday to protect sexual predators and bury records on sexual misconduct cases in Congress after standing in the way of bipartisan efforts to release the Epstein files.

By voting against transparency and accountability for politicians and powerful elites, Iowa’s representatives in Congress have proven they’re too weak to stand up for victims of sexual assault.

REMINDER: Feenstra, Hinson, Miller-Meeks, and Nunn have repeatedly put powerful elites who are committing these crimes ahead of victims of assault and voted against releasing the Epstein files. As new reporting reveals the federal government is still hiding key files, Iowa’s congressional delegation continues to cover up for pedophiles and has refused to call for transparency.

“Once again, Randy Feenstra, Ashley Hinson, Marianette Miller-Meeks, and Zach Nunn put their political agendas and party bosses first by protecting powerful elites over victims of sexual assault,” said Iowa Democratic Party Chair Rita Hart. “We need new leadership in Washington who will stand up for transparency and accountability, not turn a blind eye to corruption and abuse.”
