Racist Anti-Immigrant Bill is a stain on our state.

This evening, the Iowa Senate passed Senate File 481. Iowa Democratic Chair Troy Price released this statement in response:

“SF 481 is a pointless piece of legislation. It purposefully singles out hardworking, Iowa families and tells them they are not welcome. It will make our cities less safe and stain our state’s legacy on human rights. Governor Reynolds should keep all this in mind as she makes her decision on whether or not to sign this bill.”
