Iowa Democratic Party Chairman Troy Price released the following statement in response to David Young’s announcement to run for Congress in IA-03:
“Iowa voters already rejected Congressman Young once and they will do it again. Health care remains the number one issue to voters, and David Young has shown time and again he wants to kick millions off their health insurance and and remove protections for pre-existing conditions. Rep. Cindy Axne has finally restored the voice of Iowans to this seat, and it is why she will be re-elected in 2020.”
